Welcome to Flexway Gatherings! By using this website and creating a reservation with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"), along with our Privacy Policy and other policies accessible in the footer of our website. Please read these terms carefully before making any reservations or using our services.

1. Reservation and Rental Terms
1.1 Reservation Duration: Reservations for our rental items are intended to last for 24 hours from the scheduled drop-off time. Items will be picked up 24 hours after the drop-off time unless otherwise arranged.

1.2 Early Pickup: If you need to arrange for an early pickup before the 24-hour mark, please contact us at 321 443 4772 to confirm availability before completing your purchase or booking.

1.3 Damages and Charges:

Chairs: $49.99 per damaged chair
Rectangular Tables: $69.99 per damaged table
Circular Tables: $89.99 per damaged table
1.4 Payment for Damages: You agree to pay for any damaged items using the original payment method. Failure to make payment within 7 days may result in additional charges, including fees associated with collections.

1.5 Care of Rental Items: The renter agrees to care for all rented items and return them in their original condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

2. Indemnification
2.1 Indemnification: By using our services and renting our items, you agree to indemnify and hold Flexway Gatherings harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your use of our rental items or services.

3. Acknowledgment of Policies
3.1 Acknowledgment: By completing a reservation or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed on the footer of our website, including these Terms of Service.

4. General Provisions
4.1 Modification of Terms: Flexway Gatherings reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

4.2 Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
