Shipping Policy

Flexway Gatherings is committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery and pickup services for our rental equipment. This Shipping Policy outlines our guidelines and terms related to delivery, pickup, and customer responsibilities.

1. Delivery and Pickup Terms

1.1 Safe and Adequate Destination: Customers must provide a safe and adequate destination for our employees to unload rented equipment. This includes clear access to the delivery spot without obstacles or hazards.

1.2 Renter Presence: The renter must be present at the time of both delivery and pickup of the rented items. If the renter is not available, arrangements must be made in advance and communicated to Flexway Gatherings.

1.3 Delivery and Pickup Location: Delivery and pickup will occur at the same spot designated by the customer. All items must be folded and placed in the same spot where they were initially dropped off.

2. Conditions for Delivery

2.1 Safe Space Requirement: If a safe space is not provided for our employees to unload the equipment, delivery will be denied. In such cases, the customer will receive a 25% refund of the total order amount and will forfeit the order.

2.2 Delivery and Pickup Timing: Unless otherwise agreed upon, delivery and pickup will be scheduled 24 hours apart from each other. Customers must adhere to the agreed-upon delivery and pickup times to avoid additional charges or scheduling conflicts.
