1. Cancellation and Refund Terms
1.1 Full Refund: Customers who request to cancel their reservation 5 days or more before the scheduled delivery date and time are eligible for a full refund.
1.2 50% Refund: Customers who cancel their reservation 4 days or less before the scheduled delivery date and time are eligible for a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
2. Cancellation Procedure
2.1 Cancellation Request: To request a cancellation and initiate the refund process, customers must contact us directly at 321-443-4772. Cancellation requests must be submitted by phone to ensure timely processing.
3. Refund Processing
3.1 Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval of the cancellation request.
3.2 Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation.
